I have a feeling the Bulls could very well win the division and get the # 1 seed in the East, although I think they would probably finish no worse than second in that division.
Does the winner of the pathetic Atlantic Division still get the right to be a top 3 seed? That isn't right!
It's a great sports year in Chicago!
No they changed it this year so as the top four spots are determined by record, so if the top wild card has a better record than a division winner, they will get the higher seed.
