Here are my top 10 priorities for the new Democratic Congress.
1.Provide oversight on the war in Iraq.
2.Work towards a balanced budget.
3.Work towards reducing oil consumption.
4.Do more to improve the environment.
5.Raise the minimum wadge.
6.Provide a check on executive power.
7.Do not give yourselves a pay raise.
8.End debate on frivolous amendments such as flag burning and a ban on Gay Marriage.
9.Try to act in a more bipartisan matter than recent Congresses.
10.Don't forget to have fun!
