BCS

Yet another season of college football is over. While Florida clearly showed that they were worthy of the Natioonal Championship, I still think that it is time to implement a playoff system. I really did not care one way or another about having the current bowl system or a playoff system untill the Fiesta Bowl, non-BCS teams must have a chance to win the championship.
I will propose three systems to fix the problem.

1. An eight team playoff to be played over three weeks. The champions of the ACC, Big 10, Big 12, Big East, Pac 10, and SEC, would get a spot. One spot would go to the best non-BCS confrence school, but only if that team ran the table, and played at least one BCS school during their non-confrence scedual. The final spot would be given to an at large team, as well as the non-BCS spot if no non-BCS school ran the table.

2. Keep the bowl system in place, only have the two top bowl teams play for the National Championship. So this year it would have been Florida vs. Boise State.

3. Keep the system that is now in place but demote all schools who are not members of the ACC, Big 10, Big 12, Big East, Pac 10, or SEC.

My first solution would be my ideal, but my second and solution would be easier to implement, but would be more controversial, since computers and polls would be more involved in deciding the Champion. My third system would be hard to implement, since some of the Universitys are bound to put up a fight over being demoted, and there would be far fewer bowl games.

Kerry will be in the Senate from Massachussettes until he croaks. Just like fat ass Kennedy. Mass is the most LIBERAL and stupid State in the Union.
